I have worked on a variety of software development projects at Creo (now Kodak) as a technical writer since 1999, and as a product support manager since 2005, and have helped mentor and develop a team of writers as a section head. Some of my interests include usability, sustainability, soccer, social change, Canadian non-fiction literature, and parenting. You may have come across my brother Darren.
